The job involves reviewing and evaluating AI-generated financial analyses, with a focus on M&A, IPOs, and deal structuring. Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Investment Banking, specifically in M&A, IPOs, restructuring, or capital raising.
• Proven track record in deal modelling, valuations, or transaction advisory.
• Strong knowledge of corporate finance, risk, and capital structure.

Responsibilities

• Review AI-generated analyses of LBOs, IPO pricing, and M&A valuations.
• Evaluate model performance on live-deal inspired case studies.
• Develop scoring rubrics and benchmarks that reflect real transaction dynamics.
• Collaborate with a global team of quant researchers, economists, and fellow IB specialists.
