Ethos is seeking an experienced Investment Analyst to join its expert network. The role focuses on training an AI language model on professional presentation work, including investment pitches, memo theses, and slide decks for hedge funds and asset managers.

You will evaluate AI-generated materials, create, refine, and present decks and one-pagers across core workflows, and collaborate with senior analysts to ensure high-quality outputs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a research or investing seat at a hedge fund or asset manager.
• Track record of pitching ideas via written memos and decks to a PM or investment committee.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows: investment pitch decks, position review one-pagers, portfolio review presentations, thesis memos with exhibits, and quarterly LP letter materials.
• Collaborate with the AI lab to train the language model on professional presentation tasks.
