Job summary

KESSLER TOPAZ M&C,LL is seeking an Investigative Research Analyst in the United States. This role supports Investigators by conducting extensive research across multiple sources and tools, including background and due diligence investigations, to aid case development.

You will work primarily at a desk, handling confidential information, and collaborating with the Investigative Services Team. Strong computer, internet, and MS Office skills are essential; a Bachelor's degree is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience with legal, public, private record, and company research tools preferred.
• Prior experience as a Research Assistant, Analyst, Librarian, Paralegal, or similar role in a large law firm or office setting preferred but not required.
• Primarily a desk job requiring regular computer and telephone work.
• We cannot sponsor employment visas at this time.

Responsibilities

• Support Investigators by conducting extensive research across multiple sources and tools.
• Research companies and individuals for case development using various investigative mediums.
• Conduct confidential background and due diligence investigations.
• Assist with special projects as needed as an integral member of the Investigative Services Team.
• Develop strong investigative research skills and practical application.
