Job summary

Westman Atelier is seeking an Inventory Planning & Analysis Manager to oversee MRP, optimize stock, and drive data-driven decisions across Purchasing, Production, Sales, and Finance. The role reports to the CFO and focuses on inventory health, cost control, and continuous process improvement.

You will own the MRP system, translate forecasts into procurement needs, and develop dashboards to track KPIs. A strong background in NetSuite, Excel, and BI tools is essential.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of inventory planning or supply chain operations experience.
  • Experience with MRP/ERP systems (NetSuite preferred).
  • Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and forecasting.
  • Understanding of inventory controls, BOMs, and stock management.
  • Strong analytical mindset with cross-functional collaboration and communication.

Responsibilities

  • Own and optimize Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and maintain data integrity.
  • Translate forecasts into material and finished goods requirements for procurement.
  • Analyze inventory performance metrics and identify optimization opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Purchasing, Production, Sales, and Finance to balance stock and costs.
  • Support month-end/year-end close, valuation, and variance analysis.
  • Drive process improvements and ensure regulatory compliance where applicable.
