Job summary

Advanced Infusion Solutions seeks a Home Health Registered Nurse to support Targeted Drug Delivery patients in Portland, OR, Seattle, WA and surrounding areas. Travel up to 200 miles. You will administer pain management therapies and intrathecal pump care in homes or clinics, with flexible scheduling and autonomy.

The role requires WA/OR RN licensure with multi-state ability, 3 years nursing experience, a valid driver's license, CPR, and MS Office proficiency. Mileage reimbursed.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with current license in WA and OR and ability to be licensed in others.
• 3 years clinical nursing experience; CPR certification.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance; multi-state licensure possible.
• Strong clinical background, independent work, and problem solving.
• Proficient with MS Office; strong written/verbal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide pain management and intrathecal pump care in homes or clinics.
• Perform pump refills, dose adjustments and patient education.
• Collaborate with providers to optimize treatment plans.
• Deliver one-on-one home infusion nursing visits and clinics support.
• Maintain excellent customer service and continuous professional development.
