Job summary

Primary Recruiting Services is seeking a senior international tax professional to lead compliance across six countries in a fully remote role. You will own intercompany transfer pricing policies, OECD documentation, and Pillar Two readiness, with exposure to high-impact tax matters and cross-border structures.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance, 8+ years of progressive accounting experience, and familiarity with SAP or similar tax software. CPA preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• International tax experience across multiple jurisdictions.
• Transfer pricing and Pillar Two experience strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with different tax software; SAP is a plus.
• CPA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage international tax compliance across six countries, including preparation and review of filings.
• Prepare and review intercompany transfer pricing policies, calculations and documentation per OECD guidelines.
• Monitor international tax laws and reporting requirements and assess their impact on the firm.
• Assist with the implementation of Pillar Two within the next 1–2 years.
• Coordinate with external tax advisors and consultants on filings, regulatory submissions and technical research.
• Manage information compliance calendars and track filings deadlines across jurisdictions.
• Support annual international tax budgets and vendor/supplier tax forms.
