Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in interpreting, American Sign Language, Special Education, or related field with 1 year interpreting experience.
• Or an AA degree with 3 years of interpreting experience.
• RID certification or EIPA 3.5+, SLPI Advance Plus, or another recognized interpreter qualification.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and virtual interpreting across the state using accessible modalities.
• Adhere to professional conduct standards.
• Assist in scheduling: field service requests by phone and email, confirm/modify/cancel, ensure info, assign to providers, update billing data.
