Job summary

Air Education and Training Command seeks a Foreign Affairs Specialist Country Manager to support DoD agencies, managing FMS training cases and international programs. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Foreign Affairs Specialist Country Manager for DoD FMS cases.
• Coordinate planning, contracting milestones, and training requirements for international partners.
• Monitor student requirements and track FMS cases and training development.
• Collaborate with LOA Case Manager, SCOs, MAJCOMs, and USG agencies to implement training.
• Develop documentation including estimated training costs and training sequences.
