Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Issue, reissue, and void airline tickets using Sabre GDS.
• Process ticket exchanges per airline policies and fare rules.
• Handle refunds and ensure compliance with carrier regulations.
• Interpret complex airline fare rules, tariffs, penalties, and restrictions.
• Calculate additional collections, residual values, and refunds per policy.
• Audit ticketing discrepancies and review findings.
• Support travel consultants with fare construction and ticketing inquiries.
• Maintain documentation of all ticketing transactions.
• Stay current on airline policies, industry regulations, and GDS updates.
• Ensure adherence to company procedures and quality standards.
