Antech Diagnostics seeks an Internal Medicine Consultant to provide expert, peer-to-peer medical guidance for dogs and cats from a home office. The role emphasizes diagnostic reasoning, test selection, and treatment planning with a collaborative, client-centered approach.

The position requires a DVM/VMD with board-certification and at least 5 years of post-certification experience, plus strong English communication and willingness to stay current with evolving diagnostic offerings.

Qualifications

• DVM/VMD degree with active license
• Residency and board-certification in Small Animal Internal Medicine
• Minimum 5 years clinical post-certification experience
• English fluency a plus
• French fluency a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide peer-to-peer medical consultation on lab results and case management.
• Maintain knowledge of offerings and in-house diagnostics.
• Foster collegial rapport with clients.
• Support cross-department collaboration and education.
• Attend consultant meetings and continuing education.
• Participate in special projects when available.
