Qualifications

• 5–6+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong general ledger, month-end close, and reconciliation experience.
• At least 2 years of hands-on Sage Intacct experience.
• Solid understanding of GAAP and core accounting principles.

Responsibilities

• Support general ledger accounting, including journal entries, accruals, and account analysis.
• Complete balance sheet reconciliations and research discrepancies.
• Assist with month-end close schedules and related accounting activities.
• Review subledger and general ledger activity and resolve variances.
• Provide hands-on Sage Intacct support during and following system implementation.
• Assist with system testing, transaction validation, and accounting-related troubleshooting.
• Maintain day-to-day accounting operations during temporary team coverage.
• Partner with finance and implementation resources to resolve process or system issues.
• Support process improvements and help maintain accurate financial data and controls.
