• Demonstrated experience conducting legal research and drafting legal memos

Responsibilities

• Provide litigation support across a range of matters impacting Company’s various business lines
• Conduct legal research and analysis on various substantive and procedural issues and draft clear, concise legal memos summarizing and providing recommendations
• Draft various litigation documents, including pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, and legal correspondence
