Job summary

CampusWorks is seeking Registrar Consultants to support higher education clients in strengthening registration operations and student experiences. You will apply subject‑matter expertise to guide clients in best practices and maximize ERP usage, potentially serving as Interim Registrar or leading process improvement projects.

Successful candidates will have 5+ years in a college registrar role, hands‑on ERP experience, and a proven ability to train end users while driving policy and staffing

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience as a college/university Registrar.
• Experience with higher education ERP software and hands‑on registration functionality.
• Experience assessing registrar operations and recommending policy changes and staffing realignments.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to drive change with diverse groups.
• Superior communication and a consultative client approach.

Responsibilities

• Serving as Interim Registrar, providing day‑to‑day leadership of the registration department staff
• Providing oversight and coordination of current registration projects and priorities
• Assessing the efficiency of the registrar department
• Providing registration consulting to higher education clients on student services topics
• Designing and delivering training
• Assisting clients in aligning policy, process, procedures, and personnel to leverage registration solutions
