Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton in the United States seeks an experienced intelligence planner to develop space threat scenarios, support the Joint Planning Process, and coordinate across IC partners. You will document resourcing gaps, integrate DIAP products, and help shape contingency planning and wargaming efforts.

This role requires leveraging all-source analysis, joint planning expertise, and the ability to operate in a dynamic environment with national security implications.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of intelligence planning experience.
• 3+ years of all-source intelligence analysis and production in DoD or IC.
• 2+ years of experience at COCOM, National-level IC, or Service Component.
• Experience with joint and combined, multi-domain operations planning, campaign and contingency planning, developing and maintaining base plans, annexes, appendices, and tabs.
• Experience with National Intelligence Support Plans, the Joint Staff, Combat Support Agencies, and Air Operations Planning.
• Knowledge of IC-standard intelligence and production tools, databases, techniques, and platforms.
• Knowledge of Joint, Bilateral, and Multilateral Exercises.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment, focused on networking with other IC partners.
• Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam.
• HS diploma or GED

Responsibilities

• Develop space threat operational scenarios and campaign-level planning options.
• Assist feasibility assessments throughout the intelligence planning process.
• Document resourcing gaps and mitigation strategies for intelligence efforts.
• Integrate intelligence products from DIAP authorities to support the Joint Planning Process (JPP).
• Coordinate space intelligence sharing across staff, Combatant commands, and the IC.
• Leverage intelligence expertise to inform planning for space-based systems and architectures.
