Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in intelligence planning.
• Knowledge of IC and Combatant Command environments.
• Knowledge of JP 5.0 Planning, JP 2.0 Intelligence, or JIPOE.
• Ability to develop high-quality deliverables tailored to senior policymakers.
• TS/SCI clearance and advanced IPC coursework.

Responsibilities

• Develop campaign plans and time-sensitive planning under JOPES guidance.
• Assist in red teaming and intelligence operations feasibility assessments.
• Produce complex written products and formal/informal briefings.
• Collaborate with defense stakeholders across IC and DoD components.
