Job summary

Appsierra Group is seeking experienced Human Intelligence Collectors to conduct interviews, assess elicitation sessions, and document reasoning for clear, defensible conclusions. Remote work is available for US-based professionals with a strong background in interviewing, investigation, or related fields.

Qualifications

• Several years of interviewing, questioning, observation, and assessment work.
• Background in human intelligence, HUMINT, or investigative interviewing.
• Ability to read subtle changes in communication and explain conclusions in writing.
• Experience with interpreters and diverse backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Conduct or assess structured interviews and elicitation sessions.
• Build rapport to encourage open communication.
• Adapt questioning based on responses, tone, pacing, and cues.
• Identify inconsistencies and elements affecting information reliability.
• Assess confidence and reliability of information gathered.
• Explain observations with clear, written reasoning.
• Document interviews and assessments clearly and objectively.
• Review and score sessions using established criteria.
• Apply consistent judgment across cases.
