micro1 is a data lab that helps AI labs and enterprises train foundational models through high-quality human input. This contractor role focuses on elicitation and investigative questioning to train next-generation AI systems, requiring expert interviewing or intelligence collection experience.

Your work will involve structured sessions, rapport-building, real-time analysis of responses, and clear documentation of reasoning for downstream learning. Remote, US-based, ~15 hours per week.

Formación

• Experience in professional interviewing or intelligence elicitation.
• Training in interviewing methodologies such as PEACE or cognitive interviewing.
• Excellent written English and ability to justify analytical reads in writing.
• Familiarity with data annotation, AI model evaluation, or after-action/report writing.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct or assess structured elicitation and interview sessions to extract accurate information.
• Establish rapport with participants to enable open communication.
• Analyze responses in real-time, reading tone and nonverbal cues and adjusting questions.
• Assess consistency and potential evasiveness of responses, providing confidence assessments.
• Identify emotional and motivational drivers influencing responses.
• Document analytical reasoning in a clear, traceable manner for review.
• Score or annotate sessions according to a detailed rubric for consistency.
