Job summary

The Mom Project is seeking a highly motivated Intelligence Analyst on a contract basis. The role is 100% remote and focuses on intelligence triage, intake, 314(b) request processing, and collaboration with law enforcement and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in intelligence triage, case intake or referral processing in financial crimes/compliance.
• Know-how of 314(b) requests and law enforcement documentation processes.
• Familiarity with BSA/AML regulations and typologies.
• Ability to perform OSINT research and cross-source matching.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to document rationale clearly.

Responsibilities

• Serve as central intake and triage point for referrals via channels.
• Review referrals against criteria; document rationale for triage decisions.
• Process external referrals from law enforcement and other agencies.
• Conduct exposure and account matching across Client product platforms.
• Utilize OSINT tools to document associations between activity and accounts.
• Document triage outcomes and update tracking systems.
• Route referrals by creating investigation cases with appropriate tags.
• Support SAR-related outreach and documentation with team leads.
• Maintain accurate records across intake trackers and logs.
