Holtorf Medical Group is seeking an Integrative/Functional Medicine Physician to deliver remote telemedicine care. You’ll build a full schedule over four days per week, with no on-call or weekend duties, working from your home or private office.

You will diagnose and manage complex thyroid, hormonal, autoimmune and chronic conditions using evidence-based integrative therapies, coordinating with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with completed residency.
• Active California license; multi-state license preferred.
• Experience in integrative/functional medicine.
• Telemedicine experience and HIPAA-compliant workspace.

Responsabilités

• Conduct comprehensive telemedicine evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to optimize patient care.
• Provide ongoing care for thyroid/hormone imbalances, autoimmune conditions, and chronic illnesses.
• Educate patients on lifestyle modifications and wellness.
• Maintain accurate documentation and regulatory compliance.
