Job summary

QAD Redzone is seeking an Integration Product Manager to define, refine, and deliver enterprise products that connect Redzone with ERP, MES, and OT/IoT platforms. You will optimize data flow, drive real-time connectivity on the shop floor, and own the integration roadmap across SAP, Oracle, Workday, and more.

This high-visibility, full-time role requires travel up to 40% and offers a compensation package aligned with market and performance incentives.

Qualifications

Experience delivering enterprise software integrations, APIs or middleware solutions.
Experience in large enterprise multi-tenant environments.
Experience in manufacturing (ideally automotive or industrial markets).
Experience with SaaS for deskless workers.
Experience integrating with ERP/MES/WMS/OT/IoT systems.
Product ownership or product management experience.
Experience working with frontline manufacturing teams and IT leadership.

Responsibilities

Gains a thorough understanding of customer integration needs to deliver enterprise products with a connected experience.
Translates business goals, system requirements, and end-user needs into an actionable integration product strategy.
Identifies goals, metrics, and analytics to determine business value of integrations.
Continually makes recommendations and refinements to integration capabilities based on customer feedback.
Identifies pros, cons, issues, dependencies, and value of integration features and API enhancements.
Collaborates with stakeholders across Redzone including executives, customers, Sales, Solutions, and Engineering teams.
Supports annual product strategy cadence to increase plant performance and connect frontline workers.
Facilitates prioritization and definition of new integration capabilities, connectors, and product enhancements.
Supports development of user stories, technical specs, data mapping, and integration requirements.
Provides feedback to design and engineering during sprint reviews.
Partners with Solutions Consultant team during peak sales times.
Acts as Integration SME across product development, customer discussions, and enablement.
Owns day-to-day product management for integration roadmap and connectors.
Aligns sprint backlog priorities with engineering leads and product owners.
Defines and drives capabilities related to third-party data exchange, ERP/MES/WMS, OT/IoT, and API workflows.
Engages with customers and IT leadership to understand plant connectivity challenges.
Supports testing, rollout, and early adopter feedback for new features.
Ensures alignment between integration direction, data outcomes, and operational impact.
Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Coaching, Solutions, and Customer Success.
