Company Description

Redzone, the Connected Workforce business unit within QAD | Redzone, helps manufacturers make more products for less while greatly improving the employee experience. While there is a lot of hype around digital transformation, the factory of the future, and Industry 4.0, the focus has been on the equipment and technology – not the people. At Redzone, we are all about the people, what we call “the connected workforce.”

We make frontline teams more engaged and more productive so their lives improve while contributing to positive business outcomes. We do this by combining exceptional software and world-class coaching, giving our customers an average productivity increase of 26% in 90 days. Redzone brings together Production, Maintenance, and Quality teams, improving the communications between those teams to resolve issues and increase output. Decision-making happens on the shop floor by the people doing the work, in real time, for immediate impact and a better overall employee experience.

With an AI powered platform, nearly 2000 plants and over 500,000 users, Redzone is changing the way people work – one plant at a time.

Job Description

Under the leadership of the VP of Product Management, the Integration Product Manager is responsible for defining, refining, and delivering enterprise products that help manufacturers connect Redzone with third‑party systems (ERP, MES, and OT/IoT platforms), optimizing data flow, system connectivity and frontline execution across the plant floor.

This is a high‑impact, high‑visibility role at the center of Redzone’s growth strategy. You will define how Redzone connects seamlessly into the broader manufacturing tech ecosystem—unlocking data from ERP, MES, HRIS, and OT systems to deliver seamless workflows and real‑time connectivity for the frontline.

You will own the vision and execution for integrating with enterprise systems like SAP, Oracle, Ignition, GE Proficy, Workday, Kronos, and others. If you’ve spent your career bridging factory floors with enterprise systems and creating seamless data flow across manufacturing environments, we want to talk to you. The Integration Product Manager will work closely with cross‑functional stakeholders to drive day‑to‑day product strategy, execution, prioritization, and customer engagement across integration.

This position is Full-Time, Exempt, and Remote, with a requirement to travel up to 40% of the time.

Collaborates with key stakeholders across Redzone, including executives, customers, Redzone Coaching, Sales, Solutions, and Engineering teams.

Facilitates the prioritization and definition of new integration capabilities, system connectors, and product enhancements.

Supports the development of user stories, technical specs, data mapping, and integration requirements.

Provides feedback to the design team and to Software Engineers during sprint retrospectives and architecture reviews.

Acts as the Integration subject matter expert across product development, customer discussions, and internal enablement.

Owns the day‑to‑day product management responsibilities for Redzone’s integration roadmap and partner connector suite.

Partners closely with Engineering leads and Product Owners to align sprint backlog priorities, technical debt, and product execution.

Engages directly with customers, IT leadership, and coaches to understand plant connectivity challenges and translate them into scalable product solutions.

Supports testing, validation, rollout, and early‑adopter customer feedback loops for new integration features and platform connectors.

Ensures alignment between integration product direction, customer data outcomes, and operational impact within manufacturing environments.
