Job summary

Carrier Global Corporation is seeking an Integration Engineer to lead Abound-related and building intelligence projects, from onboarding to turnover. The role demands a strong software integration background with experience in enterprise systems, HVAC/building automation, and various data transfer protocols.

You will collaborate with internal and client teams to deliver scalable solutions and ensure customer success.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, or Computer Engineering.
3+ years of experience with HVAC systems and building automation.
Experience with enterprise software integrations (on premise or cloud).
Experience in configuring, supporting, and troubleshooting enterprise systems and devices.

Responsibilities

Hardware/software installations, configuration, troubleshooting for customers.
Coordinate with stakeholders and project managers across teams.
Lead customer Installation/Upgrade meetings and track progress.
Maintain proficiency with Carrier software products and technologies.
Work with various OSes, databases, and networking protocols.
Analyze sites for integration requirements and recommend technical solutions.
Identify BACnet points for Abound or related platform.
Diagnose and resolve network/integration issues on customer sites (remote or on-site).
Manage pipeline of pre-existing and target account customers.
