Thomas J. Henry Law seeks an organized PNC Intake Auditor & Sign-Up Coordinator in Austin, TX to protect our sign-up pipeline.

You will monitor priority PNCs, audit attorney follow-ups, and ensure accurate data entry in Salesforce while moving around the office to observe live intake activity. This role requires a bachelor’s or associate degree, 3+ years in legal intake or similar, and experience with Salesforce.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor's degree required.
• At least 3 years in legal intake, admissions, sales operations, or similar roles.
• Experience with Salesforce or major CRM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor priority PNCs and ensure timely sign-up follow-up.
• Audit attorney follow-up for timely, documented contact.
• Observe live intake calls for professionalism and closing discipline.
• Verify Salesforce entries and update stages accurately.
• Escalate stalled sign-ups and coordinate corrective action.
• Prepare daily and weekly performance reports.
