Job summary

Thomas J Henry Law, PLLC in Irving, TX seeks a PNC Intake Auditor & Sign-Up Coordinator to protect the sign-up pipeline. The role requires monitoring priority PNCs, auditing attorney follow-up, observing live intake, and entering facts into Salesforce with accuracy.

You will move around the office, work nights and weekends, and report to the Director of Intake Operations. A degree and 3+ years in legal intake or similar, Salesforce experience, and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree required.
• Three or more years of experience in legal intake, admissions, sales operations, call-quality auditing, client services, or comparable roles.
• Experience with Salesforce or another major CRM is strongly preferred; Salesforce dashboard, queue view, and task experience preferred.
• Spanish-language ability is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Reports to the Director of Intake Operations, with daily coordination with Office Management.
• Serve as the Dallas office point person for priority PNC monitoring, sign-up follow-up, and intake quality assurance.
• Identify, flag, and track every priority PNC from first contact through signed status.
• Audit attorney follow-up to confirm wanted PNCs receive timely, documented contact and a clear next step.
• Observe and review inbound and outbound sign-up calls for professionalism and closing discipline.
• Walk the office floor to monitor live intake activity throughout the day.
• Verify that intake facts, notes, and required fields are entered into Salesforce immediately after meaningful contact.
• Escalate stalled sign-ups and missing information the same day to the responsible attorney and manager.
• Coordinate real-time corrective action with attorneys and office leadership on case signups.
• Prepare the daily Office PNC Exception Report and weekly office scorecard.
