Job summary

Lawyers on Demand (LOD), a Consilio company, is assisting a boutique consumer protection law firm in seeking licensed attorneys to join its team as Intake Attorneys on a fully remote, full-time contract basis. Start Date: October 2026. Initial 90 days with extension potential; Location: Fully Remote; Compensation: $35/hour.

Qualifications

• Active license to practice law in at least one US jurisdiction in good standing.
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Empathy and ability to handle stressful situations.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and accurate documentation of client conversations.
• Dependable, organized, and able to meet scheduling requirements.
• Comfortable conducting remote client meetings independently.
• Training provided; prior consumer protection or solar law experience not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake meetings with clients seeking assistance on residential solar agreements and exit strategies.
• Listen to clients’ concerns, circumstances, and objectives.
• Ask follow-up questions to gather relevant facts and information.
• Prepare accurate notes after each intake meeting.
• Communicate professionally, empathetically, and accessibly.
• Help clients feel heard while gathering information for evaluation.
• Follow intake procedures and apply firm-provided training.
• Maintain reliability with a full-time client schedule and documentation.
