Qualifications

• One year of medical insurance verification experience or equivalent education/experience.
• One year of customer service experience required.
• Ability to understand Medical Records documents.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to insurance companies to verify insurance benefits.
• Evaluate insurance compatibility with our program and recommend appropriate products.
• Verify, review, document, and complete insurance verifications.
