Natera in Austin, TX is seeking an Associate Revenue Cycle Analyst – Insurance Verification to optimize front-end revenue cycle performance and reduce eligibility-related claim issues. The role combines healthcare knowledge with data analysis and project ownership.

You'll analyze claims data using SQL and Snowflake, build dashboards, and drive cross-functional improvements to improve insurance verification accuracy and workflow efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, analytics, or a related field preferred.
• 2–3+ years of experience in revenue cycle management, medical billing, insurance verification, or a related healthcare function.
• Strong understanding of healthcare revenue cycle processes and payer requirements.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups) and large data analysis.
• Working knowledge of SQL and experience with data warehouses (Snowflake).
• Ability to analyze data, identify patterns, and translate findings into solutions.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert for insurance verification and front-end revenue cycle processes.
• Analyze eligibility-related rejections and claims data to identify trends and root causes.
• Investigate recurring eligibility issues by reviewing payer policies and documentation.
• Identify upstream process breakdowns and develop prevention recommendations.
• Use SQL and Snowflake to obtain and analyze data for revenue questions.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and automation to improve verification performance.
• Independently manage improvement initiatives from identification to post-implementation monitoring.
