Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old and authorized to work in the United States.
• Must have reliable computer and high-speed internet access.
• Must obtain or hold the state Life & Health Insurance license.
• Experience in sales or customer service is beneficial but not required.

Responsibilities

• Meet virtually with members via Zoom and phone appointments to assess needs and explain benefits.
• Educate members on life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options and guide enrollments.
• Provide ongoing policy support, conduct reviews, and assist with beneficiary updates and claims questions.
• Maintain accurate digital client records and follow company procedures and state regulations.
