AO Globe Life offers a fully remote entry-level role supporting families and individuals across the United States. You will conduct scheduled virtual consultations, explain benefit options, and guide enrollment, all from a home office.

Training is provided, with ongoing mentorship and opportunities for long-term career growth. This is a 100% remote, independent contractor role with commission-based compensation, no hourly or salaried pay.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized, dependable, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Confidence using video conferencing platforms and digital tools.
• Motivated by service-oriented, purpose-driven work.
• Customer service, sales, or client relations experience is helpful but not required

Responsabilités

• Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with clients using Zoom
• Identify client needs and guide them through available benefit options
• Explain coverage details and enrollment steps clearly and professionally
• Maintain accurate digital records and manage follow-up communication
• Provide exceptional client service while building long-term relationships
• Participate in ongoing training sessions and team meetings to strengthen skills
