Job summary

Trellis Technologies is seeking a Service Team Lead to guide a remote service team and optimize call-center operations for insurance products. You will coach agents, review performance data, and ensure high-quality customer outcomes.

You will supervise 8-10 agents, align with the Director of Service, and drive process improvements while supporting cross-sell initiatives and compliance in a fast-growing startup.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a leadership role
• Active P&C or Personal Lines Insurance License
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills
• Proven ability to coach and develop a remote team
• Customer-centric mindset with empathy for agents and customers

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing remote service team of 8-10 agents
• Coach and mentor to improve customer experiences and service metrics
• Monitor workload, schedules, and adherence to respond to demand
• Review performance reports and drive operational improvements
• Identify cross-sell/upsell opportunities through service quality
