AAA Northeast is seeking a leader to guide a remote insurance sales team across the footprint, driving sales initiatives and ensuring operational excellence. This role supports developing and implementing sales strategies, providing guidance, training, and mentorship to achieve targets.

The position is hybrid with reporting at Providence, RI, and may transition to Lincoln, RI; start date September 28, 2026, with a schedule that includes both remote and onsite days.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management or Related Field preferred.
• 3+ years direct leadership/management experience.
• 6+ years insurance sales experience with track record of cross-selling/referrals.
• Valid Personal Lines License Upon Hire required.
• Valid Life License within 1 year required.
• Valid Insurance designation(s) within 1 year required.

Responsabilités

• Monitor and analyze sales data, identify trends, and propose improvements for team to meet and exceed goals.
• Conduct daily huddles with team to share best practices and foster coaching environment.
• Provide regular feedback and coaching to each team member based on individual skills and opportunities.
• Address performance and employee relations issues; involve leadership/HR as needed.
• Partner with stakeholders to ensure understanding of systems, processes, referrals, and sales training.
• Maintain five-diamond customer service; handle escalations and promote AAA Northeast benefits.
