Job summary

UniTrust Financial Group is seeking Remote Insurance Sales Representatives to join a fully remote team. You will help individuals and families explore insurance options, follow up on leads, and conduct virtual or phone appointments to determine suitable coverage.

No experience is required; licensing and training are provided, and you will work with access to multiple carriers. This commission-only independent contractor role offers flexible scheduling and growth potential.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated and willing to learn.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable speaking with clients by phone or video.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Insurance license preferred but not required to apply.
• We will help you obtain the required insurance license before conducting insurance business.

Responsibilities

• Work with individuals and families who requested information about insurance coverage.
• Contact and follow up with leads.
• Help clients understand available insurance and financial protection options.
• Conduct virtual or phone appointments.
• Recommend solutions based on each client's needs.
• Complete applications and assist clients throughout the process.
• Participate in ongoing training and development.
