Job summary

UniTrust Financial Group is seeking self-motivated individuals for a remote Insurance Sales Representative role. You will engage with individuals and families, discuss coverage options, and guide clients through the application process.

No experience required; licensing and training are provided, with access to leads and flexible scheduling. This is a commission-only independent contractor opportunity with growth potential.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated and willing to learn.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable speaking with clients by phone or video.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Insurance license preferred but not required to apply.
• We will help you obtain the required insurance license before conducting insurance business.

Responsibilities

• Work with individuals and families who have requested information about insurance coverage
• Contact and follow up with leads
• Help clients understand available insurance and financial protection options
• Conduct virtual or phone appointments
• Recommend solutions based on each client’s individual needs
• Complete applications and assist clients throughout the process
• Participate in ongoing training and development
