You will consult with clients to assess their insurance needs, present life/health/retirement solutions, and manage leads with a flexible, remote schedule and a commission-based compensation structure with bonus potential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a willingness to learn.
• Prior insurance experience is not required; training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand their insurance needs.
• Present and recommend insurance products, including life, health, and retirement solutions.
• Provide ongoing support and maintain positive client relationships.
