Colonial Life is expanding its voluntary benefits sales in Nevada, seeking motivated independent sales representatives in Las Vegas. You will contact businesses, present voluntary benefit options, and secure enrollments as an independent contractor.

We provide training and opportunities to join professional associations, with uncapped commissions and renewal income. This is a contract-based role offering flexible work-from-home options and support from Colonial Life.

Qualifications

• Insurance sales experience and a Life & Accident/Health Insurance License.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
• Sales experience and proven closing ability.
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills.

Responsabilités

• Prospect for new accounts and enroll new clients.
• Present to decision-makers and secure commitments.
• Conduct group meetings prior to enrollment sessions.
• Provide enrollment solutions to clients and groups.
• Manage accounts and coordinate enrollments with other benefit counselors.
• Build relationships with agents to complete enrollments.
