Allstate Exclusive Agency is seeking a motivated sales professional for a fully remote, W-2 position. The role features a base salary plus commission, with on-target earnings of $75,000+ and top performers earning $150,000+. Training, health insurance, PTO, and retirement plans are provided.

You’ll prospect, qualify needs, present insurance solutions, and close sales from home. Applicants must reside in the U.S. and typically obtain or already hold a Property & Casualty license.

Formación

• Motivated, goal-oriented sales mindset with phone experience.
• Willingness to obtain an insurance license if not already licensed.
• Comfortable making a high volume of calls and handling objections.

Responsabilidades

• Make outbound calls to provided leads.
• Accept live transfers from prospects ready to discuss coverage.
• Follow up consistently with potential customers to close sales.
• Educate customers on insurance protections and product options.
• Participate in daily sales training and coaching.
• Work remotely as part of a sales team.
