Job summary

UniTrust Financial Group is seeking motivated individuals for remote Insurance Sales Representatives. This full-time, work-from-home role offers flexible scheduling, comprehensive training, and access to company leads with no cold calling. Licensing assistance is provided and no license is required to apply.

You will conduct virtual or phone appointments, explain insurance options, and guide clients through applications while receiving ongoing training and mentorship.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated and willing to learn.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable speaking with clients by phone or video.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Insurance license preferred but not required to apply.
• We will help you obtain the required insurance license before conducting insurance business.

Responsibilities

• Work with individuals and families who have requested information about insurance coverage.
• Contact and follow up with company leads.
• Help clients understand available insurance and financial protection options.
• Conduct virtual or phone appointments.
• Recommend solutions based on each client’s individual needs.
• Complete applications and assist clients through the process.
