Qualifications
- Licensed Life & Health Agent (or willing to complete pre-licensing requirements).
- Proficient with digital communication tools, CRM navigation, and live video hosting.
- Self-starter with high focus and ability to work from home.
Responsibilities
- Build connections with prospective clients across regional markets using digital platforms.
- Present customized life insurance, IUL, and annuity strategies via live video.
- Manage client pipelines from consultation through underwriting and policy delivery.
- Cultivate long-term client loyalty through follow-ups and annual reviews.
- Engage in daily training, coaching, and sales strategy sessions.
