Job summary

Stratford Davis LLC is seeking a Fast-Track Remote Insurance Agent to represent life insurance, IUL, and annuity products. This is a 100% remote, commission-based role with location independence and flexible 4-day workweek options.

You will build connections through digital platforms, manage client pipelines from consultation to underwriting, and participate in ongoing training and coaching to progress toward agency leadership. Work from home or anywhere globally.

Qualifications

Licensed Life & Health Agent (or willing to complete pre-licensing) required.
Proficient with digital communication tools, CRM navigation and virtual video hosting.
Self-starter capable of high focus and production in a work-from-home role.
Interest in insurance sales and potential agency leadership.

Responsibilities

Build connections with prospective clients across regional markets using digital platforms.
Present customized life insurance, IUL, and annuity strategies via live video.
Manage client pipelines from initial consultation through underwriting and policy delivery.
Cultivate long-term client loyalty through regular follow-ups and annual reviews.
Participate in daily training stand-ups, leadership coaching, and sales strategy workshops.
