Formación
- Licensed Life & Health Agent (or willing to complete pre-licensing requirements).
- Proficient with digital tools, CRM, and virtual video hosting.
- Self-starter capable of high focus in a work-from-home role.
- Eager to build a career in insurance sales and leadership.
Responsabilidades
- Build connections with prospective clients across regional markets via digital platforms.
- Present customized life insurance, IUL, and annuity strategies via live video.
- Manage client pipelines from consultation to underwriting and policy delivery.
- Foster long-term loyalty through regular follow-ups and annual reviews.
- Participate in daily training, coaching, and sales strategy workshops.
