Jerry.ai is seeking a high-energy customer advocate to join our remote-first insurance support team in the United States. You will handle inbound calls for auto, home, motorcycle, and specialty insurance with empathy, educate customers, and translate policy details into clear, actionable choices.

With 2+ years in sales or high-touch service, you will help customers uncover savings, tailor policy packages across 55+ carriers, and relay feedback to product.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sales, consultative account management, or high-touch service environments.
• Genuine empathy, warmth and active listening in every interaction.
• Ability to manage competing priorities with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls for auto, home, motorcycle, and specialty insurance with high energy, patience, and genuine care.
• Educate and advocate by translating complex policy details into clear, easy-to-understand choices.
• Craft tailored policy packages across 55+ carrier partners and finalize coverage smoothly.
• Listen to customer hesitation with empathy and address concerns for a seamless purchasing experience.
• Provide voice of the customer feedback to the product team to refine our app and services.
