Jerry is hiring for a full-time, salaried customer-sales role with a remote-first setup and optional offices in select cities. You will handle inbound insurance inquiries, educate customers on coverage options, and assemble tailored policy packages across our carrier network.

Expect energetic, empathetic, and consultative interactions driving customer satisfaction and loyalty. The position offers an hourly base of $19–$21 with uncapped commissions, licensed support, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sales, consultative account management, or high-touch service environments.
• Empathy, warmth, and active listening skills in every interaction.
• Ability to manage competing priorities with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Deliver standout customer experiences: handle inbound calls for auto, home, motorcycle, and specialty insurance with energy and care.
• Educate and advocate: translate complex policy options into clear, actionable choices.
• Craft tailored policy packages across 55+ carrier partners and finalize coverage with ease.
• Listen to customer hesitation with empathy and address concerns for a smooth purchasing experience.
• Share direct customer feedback with the product team to refine our app and services.
