This full-time, remote role offers an hourly wage of $19.00–$21.00 plus uncapped commissions, 100% licensing coverage, comprehensive benefits, and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales, consultative account management, or high-touch service experience.
• Empathy, warmth, and active listening in customer interactions.
• Strong problem-solving and prioritization under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls for auto, home, motorcycle, and specialty insurance with energy and care.
• Educate customers to uncover savings or coverage gaps and explain policy details clearly.
• Craft tailored policy packages across 55+ carrier partners and finalize coverage.
• Listen to hesitation with empathy to ensure a smooth purchasing experience.
• Provide customer feedback to product teams to improve the app and services.
