Qualifications

• 6+ months of P&C insurance sales experience.
• Active P&C license in your state of residence.
• Proven track record of closing sales and meeting targets.

• Comfort with performance metrics, schedules, and training requirements.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and multi-platform telephone software.

Responsibilities

• Connect with potential customers via inbound inquiries to understand needs and tailor insurance solutions.
• Consistently meet or exceed sales targets through consultative sales techniques.
• Communicate the value of Kin’s insurance products and guide customers to appropriate coverage using qualified leads.
• Collaborate with underwriters and customer service to ensure smooth policy issuance.
• Explain complex insurance concepts and simplify coverage options for homeowners.
