Job summary

Simmonds Insurance and Financial Services is seeking a motivated, self-directed sales professional to generate new business from a remote location. You will build relationships, assess client needs, and present Auto, Home, Life, Health, and Business coverage.

Compensation is heavily performance-based with uncapped commissions and licensing support to grow with the agency. The role emphasizes high-volume outreach, self-management, and working independently while participating in regular coaching

Qualifications

• Valid Property & Casualty License (or willingness to obtain).
• Life & Health License (not required, but preferred or willingness to obtain).
• Strong communication skills.
• Reliable internet and dedicated workspace.
• Prior sales experience preferred.
• CRM experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through phone, text, email, social media, and referral networking.
• Develop relationships with prospective customers.
• Conduct insurance reviews and recommend appropriate coverage.
• Quote and sell Auto, Home, Life, Health, and Business insurance products. (Must be licensed for each product category that you sell, can build licenses as you grow your career)
• Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects using agency CRM.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals.
• Participate in virtual team meetings and sales coaching.
• Maintain product knowledge and licensing requirements.
