The Harer Agency is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Insurance Sales Representatives. This entry-level, remote role offers virtual, phone, or in-person client meetings and commission-based earnings.

As an organization, we train you to become a Manager in select regions within the next year. The position is 1099/commission-only with exclusive leads and uncapped income potential.

Responsibilities

• The ability to work primarily from home is necessary.
• Work from anywhere when you have a reliable phone/internet connection.
• Experience is not necessary however previous sales experience in sales/marketing will be helpful.
• Ability to understand and present a solution professionally to a homeowner looking to protect their family in the event of a major health issue or death.
