Job summary

The Harer Agency is seeking motivated individuals for entry level remote sales roles. You’ll be trained to become a Manager and lead in regions within the next year, with commission-only earnings and no visa sponsorship.

Work from home, via phone, virtual meetings, or in person where possible, using exclusive leads and ongoing support. This is a 1099 position with uncapped income potential; agents have earned up to $100k in their first year.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated individuals with strong drive.
• Willingness to follow a proven system and training.
• Ability to work independently from home with a reliable internet connection.

Responsibilities

• Work primarily from home using virtual/phone meetings.
• Meet homeowners and present solutions remotely or in person where allowed.
• Leverage provided leads to build a client base; no cold calling required.
• Pursue growth toward management in select regions within a year.
