Job summary

USG Insurance Services, Inc. is seeking a full-time entry-level Insurance Policy Service Center Associate to support our Canonsburg, PA office and clients nationwide.

The role offers a flexible schedule with in-office or remote options depending on area, and a standard workday from 8:30 to 5:00 local time. Responsibilities include data entry across multiple systems, typing policies and endorsements, administrative support, and underwriting tasks such as motor vehicle reports and loss notices.

Qualifications

• Strong desire to learn and develop new skills.
• Attention to detail, accuracy and dependability.
• Proficient PC skills including Word, Excel, Outlook and Adobe Reader; 40 WPM typing.

Responsibilities

• Data entry in multiple systems with high accuracy.
• Administrative assistant support for multiple departments.
• Distribute faxes and incoming mail within a paperless environment.
• Type insurance policies and endorsements.
• Data entry of new business applications into USG systems for Producers.
• Order Motor Vehicle Reports for underwriting purposes.
• Process claims by sending loss notices to carriers and follow ups.
• Loss Control - follow up with vendors for inspection reports; process letters to agents.
• Order loss runs from carrier portals or directly from carriers.
