Job summary

Great American Insurance Group’s Great American Risk Solutions division seeks an Insurance Operations Associate. This fully remote role supports underwriting by processing high‑volume property submissions, validating data, removing duplicates, and routing requests to underwriting teams. You will work 8:00 a.m.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; additional business/admin education preferred.
• Previous administrative support, data entry, insurance operations, underwriting support, or related experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume, repetitive processing tasks while maintaining accuracy.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and the ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Process and review high-volume property insurance submissions received through a shared inbox.
• Research and validate submission information using internal systems.
• Identify and resolve duplicate submissions to ensure accurate processing.
• Route submissions to the appropriate underwriting teams in a timely manner.
• Perform quality checks to maintain a high level of accuracy and data integrity.
• Communicate with underwriting partners to clarify submission details as needed.
• Track workflow priorities and meet established productivity and service standards.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation within internal systems.
• Collaborate through email, Microsoft Teams, and other internal communication tools.
• Follow established procedures and quality standards in a fast-paced environment.
