No prior insurance experience is required, as training, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development are provided to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer-service abilities.
• Willingness to learn and obtain licensing.
• No previous insurance experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Meet with members virtually to educate about benefits and enrollment.
• Explain life, accident, and health insurance options.
• Assist with applications and enrollment; follow up after enrollment.
• Provide long-term member service including policy reviews and beneficiary updates.
